Rtn.Devadasan is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Unpickle Analytic Solutions, responsible for developing Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science solutions to clients to improve their customer experience. He is involved in helping their clients in designing and developing strategies for deriving value from their enterprise ‘big’ data.Devadasan is also a founder director of Nuspect Technologies, a startup focusing in Public Health Management System, Knowledge Management services and Talent Management Services.
Rtn.Devadasan guided us on the subject Roster on Wheels. This is an important and simple mobile app from Rotary International to connect Rotarians across the globe. His inputs and guidance helped Rotarians to use the ROW app to connect with each other and all information related to all Rotary clubs across the globe.

Nandini Vijaisimha is the Head of Human Resources, Administration and Operations (India) for a Clinical Research Company, with over twenty years’ experience in handling Human Resources across diverse industries in both India and the US. Ms. Vijaisimha holds post-graduate Certification in Human Resources, from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India. She also holds a Masters Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Bangalore University, Bangalore, India and a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Bangalore University, India. She has undergone various certifications in Human Resource field in the area of compensation, performance management,competency management, Organisational design, psychometric testing etc, from CAMI, USA and Middle Earth HR, India. She is currently training to be a leadership and behavioural coach from International coach Federation, US.
